
Wikipedia: The website Blip.tv is a platform for web series. The company offers a consumer destination site for the “best in original web series” and also offers a dashboard for producers of original web series to distribute and monetize their productions.
Founded in May 2005 by Mike Hudack (CEO), Dina Kaplan, Justin Day (CTO), Jared Klett, and Charles Hope, blip.tv was bootstrap funded by its founders for the first year of its operation.
RKUK Media: RKUK Media partnered with BlipTV in 2008 providing RKUK Entertainment content on Apple iTunes as well as other websites such as YouTube, Dailymotion and beyond in the easiest of fashions. RKUK Media now use BlipTVs great service to offer TV videos on RKUK Media. Content such as The Late Late Show, Pokemon Black and White and Marriland‘s adventures all use BlipTV to power the service.
